why a default depth of 12-bit PseudoColor? wouldn't 16-bit TrueColor be more appropriate, given bug #2330? also, does the 30bpp mode even work? i didn't think fb supported that depth yet.
This change was reverted by anderson on 2005-07-23 because it resulted in too many depths.
