Patch for ku_am.orth

The Kurdish for Armenia orthography uses Latin Q an W, while Cyrillic Q and W now exist in Unicode for Kurdish use (U+051A..051D).

Attaching a patch (assuming the patch in bug 19853 has already been applied).
