Is it possible to have a synthetic default assignee that more than one person can watch for libnice.

also, does this bugzilla has admin roles for Products? If it does, can you add me and Philip Withnall <bugzilla@tecnocode.co.uk> ?

In addition, the nice product needs to be closed for bug entry, as we’ve migrated to phabricator.freedesktop.org. If I can do that as a nice product admin, that would be great; otherwise a sysadmin will have to do it?
