Running the 7.0-r1 x11-base/xorg-x11 packaged by gentoo, I am unable to get 1920x1200 resolution on my 2407WFP. I'm using the GeForce 6800 xtreme with the nv driver. I recently switched to this card from an ATI card using the radeon driver which was able to reach 1920x1200 without a problem. I've been trying to come up with a modeline that will make this work, but so far haven't had any luck. This is the startup output without a modeline: X Window System Version 7.0.0 Release Date: 21 December 2005 X Protocol Version 11, Revision 0, Release 7.0 Build Operating System:Linux 2.6.16-gentoo-r9 x86_64 Current Operating System: Linux kronos 2.6.16-gentoo-r9 #6 SMP PREEMPT Sat Aug 12 15:35:29 PDT 2006 x86_64 Build Date: 07 July 2006 Before reporting problems, check http://wiki.x.org to make sure that you have the latest version.
