With this bug I'm attaching a patch that removes an old obsolete changelog from
the pre-xfree86 fork days.
Applies against xserver git.

Why would you want to remove the old history? Isn't it one of the standard
complaints that we don't have enough of the old history to understand the
current code?

1. It hasn't been touched since the xfree86-fork
2. It's over one megabyte and 20000 lines in size
