Calc file with text cells with "=" sign at start

Bug occurs when opening an ods file in LO 4.1.0, which was previously saved under LO 4.0.4, that contains a text cell with an "=" sign at the start of the text. In LO 4.1.0, the text gets evaluated as a formula with the text following the "=" sign deleted and #NAME? appearing in the cell.

The attached ods file will open correctly in LO 4.0.4 but be corrupted in LO 4.1.0.
