Field Delimiter ,
Text delimiter | 
Save cell content as shown CHECKED

found out that it's a regression in the 3.4.0 branch

In my testfile, 3.3.0 exports as follows:

|apple|,22-07-13,2
|pear|,23-07-13,5
|melon|,24-07-13,24

and 3.4.0 as

apple,22-07-13,2
pear,23-07-13,5
melon,24-07-13,24

It did work and if you select "Quote all text cells" I found it still does. The way it is now, it's counter intuitive: it doesn't work conform your selections unless you select "Quote all text cells"

And the Help indeed reads:
 " Exports all text cells with leading and trailing quote characters as set in the Text delimiter box. If not checked, only those text cells get quoted that contain the Field delimiter character. "

So it looks like NOTABUG ... but only hard to understand ?

Based on the help text it is not a bug.
