While working on Coverity id 824 I noticed that the set_lock() function in
question is used by "xset k" and "xset -k" which do not appear in the xset
man page or usage message.    They should be documented (if you can figure
out what they do - they appear to enable & disable caps lock, but don't seem
to work for me).
