With real calculators and also with xcalc I prefer using RPN. Since the default XCalc-color resources ignore the noble RPN, for the past few years I've used my own to make it a touch less boring looking. The colors maybe can be subdued some, but at least there is color. I swiped the TI resources and used them with the HP ones in the file. Nothing especially original, nothing spectacular, but please feel free to use it if you like it. (Apologies if this was sent to the wrong place since it really isn't a bug.) The file I use is at: http://udel.edu/~mm/XCalc-color Thanks, Mike
Mike, the URL you gave is returning a "Forbidden" error. Could you attach to the bug instead?
Created attachment 3658 [details] X client resources Sorry, Bill! You'd think I'd have checked the permissions first. :-P The URL should work now, but I've also attached the file to be doubly sure.
Thanks to the fix - it's checked in to the xcalc git master repository and should be included in the next modular release of xcalc.
