Description Nino 2012-04-25 04:40:22 UTC
Recently, several inconsistencies in bug display showed up:

1) Bug does not display recent comments
compare bug 49079 with its history: last 2 comments are not displayed

2) Wrong Attachment creator in comments
Compare upper attachment entry (under "Attachments") to corresponding entry in comments in bug 47511, bug 48329, bug 48509: attachment upload has been assigned to wrong Comment (and thus wrong user).

Is it data inconsistencies or bug display problem?

I can't see what you think is wrong in the first case, there's no comment associated with the 2012-04-25 03:32:24 PDT change, only with the prior one, which is displayed just fine for me.

From looking at the data base, it looks like the owner has been changed for the attachment. I suspect this is a bug in the bugzilla code base, hopefully it'll go away when we upgrade to a newer version.

I'm leaving this open for now.

ad 1) oops, here I don't see a problem anymore - so probably must have mixed two bugs, sorry.

ad 2) OK. Waiting and hoping.

Bugzilla has been upgraded. The test case will still be invalid as the database has the wrong information. Closing until we can find a bug created with this version of bugzilla (4.2.3) which suffers the same issues.
