For use in tests.

When salut grows a plugin api (see bug #34027) this pkg-config file will have more stuff.

Do you need to add the *.in variants to EXTRA_DIST or is referencing them in AC_OUTPUT good enough?

Can you just add a quick " (uninstalled)" suffix to these two so when debugging path problems you know which version you're using?
