The code path followed when a storage back-end removed an account 
managed to skip the account manager's AccountRemoved signal.

Fixed in 5.7.0. Doesn't appear to have been fixed in 5.6, but it's only relevant to users of libaccounts-glib, so if Maemo has moved on to 5.7, I think it can be considered WONTFIX for 5.6
