Compose sequences for ligatures

Hi,

the attached diff contains some compose sequences I use for ligatures common in typesetting, and two more for math symbols, please consider including them in nls/en_US.UTF-8/Compose.pre.

Thanks,

	Geert

    Add new compose sequences

This patch adds few new compose sequences to the en_US map, ligatures
common in typesetting and sequences already in use in the fi_FI map.
