I'm using "swfdec-mozilla 0.8.2-1ubuntu2" from the amd64 lucid repos.
I'm not familiar with debugging swfdec, but you can easily see the bug via visiting the url provided. The game Transformice simply freezes at 0% and only downloads 107.3kb instead of loading.

The same problem occurs with swfdec-player 0.8.4 on Ubuntu i386.
