Description LePousson 2005-03-08 16:40:15 UTC
I have a 1280x800 widescreen on my notebook but I can't set the X Server to run
at this resolution.

The best I reached is 1152x768 ...

How can I do to use the full power of my GeForce 4 440 on the notebook at 1280x800 ?

Thanks in advance !

LePousson

could you attach your X config file (/etc/X11/xorg.conf) and startup log
(/var/log/Xorg.0.log) please?

Just fyi, I just saw this accidently -- I had a similar problem some days ago on
a notebook. I had to set a manual modline and it worked fine afterwars.
