Currently, Fargo pretends that each virtual user has a resource of 'gateway'. If it doesn't harm interoperability, we should use bare JIDs as per the gatewaying XEP (I already fixed Gabble to be willing to call bare JIDs) and remove the hard-coded string '/gateway' throughout.

For now, I'm hard-coding '/gateway' in the tests.
