We have some important 8xx fixes recently. Could you try the latest driver (2.7.99.xxx) or the upcoming 2.8 release (due in 1~2 weeks)? The latest driver only supports UXA. No EXA.
I wait 2.8 release, and write about the results. Thx.
2.8.0 is released today
Assigning it to myself since that's where other 8xx bugs have gone, but I don't have any intention to work on them in the next few weeks. We need someone to spend a bunch of time making the 8xx render accel actually stable, which as far as I can tell it has never been.
CCing zhenyu as he is working on 865
Everything works well everywhere, but not in Gentoo. Perhaps my curves hands.
(In reply to comment #9) > Everything works well everywhere, but not in Gentoo. Perhaps my curves hands. > Do you mean Q1 package or Q2 (2.8.0)? Can we close this bug?
The problem is in Gentoo. I was not able to fix it. However, in Ubuntu and Arch Q2 works good. Unfortunately, my knowledges does not allow me to determine why. Needs more peoples for testing with Gentoo(stable). I not update the system two weeks, the other day try to rebuild again.
So I'm closing this upstream bug. You'll have to track with Gentoo. Thanks.
