After updating the Intel driver to 2.7.99.1, playing vdeo results in screen freezing and subsequent closing of my session, prompting me to log in again.

Playback worked as of driver version 2.7.1

Mesa version: 7.4.1
Motherboard model: Intel DG35EC

Issue fixed as of Kernel 2.6.31.
