Description Gogiel 2004-11-27 09:14:49 UTC
In xorg.conf i set Polish keyboard:

Section "InputDevice"
Option "XkbModel" "pc104"
Option "XkbLayout" "pl"
    Identifier "Keyboard1"
    Driver "kbd"
EndSection

But in logs i see:
gogiel@gogiel gogiel $ cat /var/log/Xorg.0.log | grep XKB
(EE) Couldn't load XKB keymap, falling back to pre-XKB keymap

and i can use Polish letter of course.

I'm a Gentoo user.

if it works as root, then it's a local configuration issue
