Add information about Option NoDDC/NoDDC1/NoDDC2 to radeon man page

I didn't find documentation to the NoDDC Option, but this option was necessary on my newly installed OpenSUSE 11.1 box, otherwise kdm didn't show up.

please check if attached patch (against current release candidate) is ok.

Those are options of the Xorg ddc module, so they should probably rather be documented in the xorg.conf or Xorg manpage.
