Bug Description:

After I started X, then start another X, then it will fail with the following information: 
(EE) intel(0): Failed to initialize kernel memory manager
X: i830_driver.c:2892: i830_init_bufmgr: Assertion `pI830->FbBase != ((void *)0)' failed.

Reproduce steps:

1. enable UXA
2. xinit&
3. X :1 &

Now it can start the second X and xterm on gm45-32bit with UXA. But if I break on the second X or change the terminal, it will become black screen. Then even I kill its process it is still blac screen and I have to reboot it. The configuration is :
