Since this is a project creation request, can you please provide a few more details about the project. Once details have been entered I'll open a 3 day voting period as to whether the project gets resources at fd.o. (More details about the vote will be posted here).

Things to include in the details are:

  o Prefered Project Name
  o Full description about what your trying to do
  o List of similar projects and how yours differs
  o Contributors already working on the project (just get each one to update this bug with some commment)
  o Anything else that will help us assess the viabiltiy of this project
