Make gltrace compile

The attached patch fixes the missing includes and an invalid conversion, so that gltrace can be compiled again. These errors must have been around for quite a long time now, so either people are never compiling gltrace.so, or only with outdated compilers. If the tool is meant to stay in mesa git, please apply this patch.
