At the end of the page I see in OmniWeb:

	More detailed information about activation can be found in Raphaël Slinckx's DBus Activation Tutorial.

Obviously the ë in the first name is not correctly encoded. In UTF-8 it's C3AB, or: ë. The same wrong presentation can be seen in Camino, Netscape, Seamonkey, Firefox.

Works for me: Iceweasel tells me the page is now served as "text/html;charset=utf-8" and displays Raphaël's name correctly. Is this still wrong for you?
