Here is a us-dvorak layout, but with non dead access to accentuated letters commonly used in languages such as french.

Stephane, your attachment is a full symbols/us file with all variants. And it is very much out of date - I cannot understand what variant should I look at. All of them are contained (in some form) in the current version of the symbols/us file. Could you please attach the difference with the current version from git (or at least the latest version of xkeyboard-config)?
