GPU crash dump

"i915 0000:00:02.0: Resetting rcs0 for hang on rcs0" occurs regularly (every few minutes) upon any major refreshes in window rendering across all applications. UI freezes last a few seconds on "Linux trivium 5.3.12-arch1-1 #1 SMP PREEMPT Wed, 20 Nov 2019 19:45:16 +0000 x86_64 GNU/Linux"
Submitting separately from other similar hangs based on frequency of freezing resets.

Can you try to reproduce this issue using drm-tip (https://cgit.freedesktop.org/drm-tip) ? Good to see the behavior with latest kernel.
