On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today, I could reproduce this. However, I can reproduce this with German UI but not with French or English US ui.

Translation should be consistent between UI and help. If Germans prefer %my, then they should use %my everywhere. IMHO it is not a good idea to translate these, even if they appear as tooltips without the % sign...
