Simple patch

Rarian currently displays a warning if a localized icon is used in a .desktop file. Adding Icon[fr] to totem.desktop:
 WARNING: Unknown element Icon[fr]: totem

Note that the desktop entry spec allows this.

The attached patch builds on top of the patch in bug 18317 to fix this. It's not the best way to fix this, since we might want to actually use the localized values, but I didn't want to change the rarian-reg-full.c API...
