deqp-gles31.functional.synchronization.inter_call.without_memory_barrier.ssbo_atomic_counter_mixed_dispatch_100_calls_1k_invocations began failing recently:

The first sighting was with Mesa 2b648ec, but that commit is likely not the culprit, due to the intermittent nature of the failure.

This failure has now also been seen on hsw.

This failure is also seen on SKL and BYT, although it reproduces less readily.

We think this is actually a test bug:

Should we exclude the test in Jenkins for now?
