The following files in the xorg-server package are under the GPL license:
xorg-server-1.1.1/hw/kdrive/neomagic/backend.c
xorg-server-1.1.1/hw/kdrive/neomagic/backend.h

Seems like it would be a good thing to see if the original author would agree
to make these files available under the X11 license.

As a bonus, this is actually MIT code that's been sublicensed ("Copied from the ati driver."), without reproducing the copyright and disclaimer.  Awesome!

Someone should just take the ati code, throw it into kdrive/src/ as backend.c, and replace the neomagic and ati backend code with that.

Fixed by git-rm on master and server-1.4-branch.
