Please add U+231C and 231D, these signs are used as upper half square brackets
when editing ancient and Medieval texts (especially epigraphical). Usage of
these signs is recommended by the Medieval Unicode Font Initiative.

The glyph were added in Sans fonts in revision 1620 and done by John Karp.
