I'm not sure, but it looks related to show_bug.cgi?id=93844 I compare dmesg and /var/log/Xorg.0.log between after freeze and right before freeze. There is not any log added after freeze. I missed to describe how to reproduce it. It's 100% reproduced in my IvyBridge laptop. - launch chrome browser - open 5 tabs and play youtube on all tabs - focus youtube video element in any tab. (e.g. click video controller) - click 'f' repeatedly until crash. (less than 20 times in my case) After upgrading Ubuntu 16.04 from 15.10, this issue disappears.
