Bug 90250

I want to use Gstreamer 0.10 (congo last release) in QT 5.2.1 on a windows 7 64 bits platform.
I succeed in generating my software but when i launch it, i get the following error:
" The entry point for `__gxx_personality_sj0 procedure is not found in the dynamic link library libstdc ++ 6.dll".

I think the problem derives from an incompatibility between:
		_ the compiler of QT 5.2.1 (MinGW 4.8 using DWARF2 exception model)
 and 	
		- Gstreamer 0.1 (compiled witch MinGW 4.7 using sjlj exception model).
		
I try to build the source of Gstreamer using Cerbero as described on:
"http://docs.gstreamer.com/display/GstSDK/Building+from+source+using+Cerbero"

But on the file ".\cerbero\cerbero\bootstrap\windows.py", a version of mingw is download from the following server:
http://www.freedesktop.org/software/gstreamer-sdk/data/packages/2012.5/windows/toolchain/
and versions of mingw present on it are 4.7.2 or 4.7.3 using sjlj exception mode.
I try to replace the version of mingw downloaded by cerbero by my version of mingw 4.8 using DWARF2 exception model but i encounter some problems executing "cerbero bootstrap" because files and repertories are not exactly the same.
=> i have delete lines on "windows.py" concerning the download of mingw version.

My question is: is it possible to rebuild Gstreamer with Mingw version 4.8 32 bits using DWARF2 exception model and how?
