Description Michel Van den Bergh 2006-11-13 14:13:06 UTC
I am running xorg 7.1.1 with the i810 driver 1.6.5 and the xorg-x11-server
1.1.1. I am also running compiz.
Everything seems to be fine except that the mouse cursor disappears after
suspend/resume. Nothing seems to be able to bring it back except
a xserver restart.

The problem goes away with the option SWCursor true but this seems
to disable hardware acceleration.

My system is FC6 with the latest updates on a Dell Latitude 505. The graphics
card is a i855.

Suspend worked reliably on this hardware in FC4.

Please upgrade to 1.7.2 first of all, and try that. If that still fails, upload
a log file.
