*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 83677 *** Not sure if this is a solution for your particular environment but based on the duplicate issue it resulted in 2 commits to the kernel which were applied to version 3.19-rc2 and the stable 3.19 was recently released. I ran the 4 commands here: http://ubuntuhandbook.org/index.php/2015/02/upgrade-linux-kernel-3-19-ubuntu-14-04/ for my particular system and restarted and had the new kernel running with no visible differences. This seems to make chromium much more stable and our users have reported no crash issues since. |
