This task has already been started by rejon and stelt, but simply, we need to 
check the exisiting SVG's for validity, and fix them. Also we need to check 
that there are no external images in the existing images.(see bug - https://
bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4404 ) 

we also need to implement into the cchost upload form, to check these things 
when someone uploads a new SVG.
