ATI Radeon drivers do not have native TV-out support, but someone has made a
patch to add this functionality. It would be very useful, especially to me
because I broke my monitor and now I have to use a TV screen, but the drivers
don't support TV out...

The patch is GPL:d where it needs to be under a MIT-license.

Until the patch is relicensed, this bug (about including the TV-out patch) is
invalid. Of course, someone could also write a new patch.
