lbuscd contains a double free bug.

I think, that checking Clients[sock].bufsize before freeing Clients[sock].buf at
line 444 may solve the bug.

I've modified lbuscd to fix the double-free problem.  It seems to work fine for
me. We'd like to get more testing, so we've placed the file on the LTSP wiki,
for people to download and try.
