Bug detailed description:

Render error when running etqw-demo on IronLake. Please see the attached screenshot.
It's mesa regression, mesa 9.0.2 is OK. But when bisecting we found that it can not reproduce every time on the commits before, so it is hard to found the first bad commit precisely.

QA team went away a long time ago.

Please test a new version of Mesa (12 or 13) and mark as REOPENED
if you can reproduce and RESOLVED/* if you cannot reproduce.
