i can't persuade the dpi setting on a Xdmx display to change. even if all the
backend displays have the same dpi settings Xdmx ignores this. also there
doesn't appear to be a command-line option or an config file option to set the dpi.

i'd like to be able to set both x and y dpi. ideally, it should take this from
the backend displays if they all match. otherwise maybe take it from the first
display? either way, config file or command line options should over-ride.

Sorry about the phenomenal bug spam, guys. Adding xorg-team@ to the QA contact so bugs don't get lost in future.

Should be a fairly straightforward patch.

Mass closure: This bug has been untouched for more than six years, and is not obviously still valid. Please file a new report if you continue to experience issues with a current server.
