Hello,
I have tried MandrivaLinuxOne-2006.0-Beta LiveCD and SlaX-5.0.7b LiveCD, wich
uses xorg 6.9. I use this command for changing my keyboard for French Canadian
keybord:
setxkbmap -model pc104 -layout ca -variant fr
Some touch are not operational.
The new layout "ca" use the good rules, so it have some bugs. 
I have no idea for this bug.

I do not completely understand what is the problem. Could you please give more
