Adds glXCreateNewContext in Xephyr (PATCH)

One of our reference setups uses Clutter applications on Xephyr under VirtualBox with GLX winsys. In this case, Clutter apps drive GLX context with CreateNewContext calls, whereas only CreateContext is to be find atm in Xephyr.

This patch adds glXCreateNewContext support to Xephyr.

Please, review and push upstream, thanks :)

Patches for the X server have to be reviewed on xorg-devel before being pushed
to git - you can either send it yourself now, or wait for a developer to sweep
through bugzilla to find patches (which doesn't happen as often as it should).

The patch has been sent to xorg-devel and has been accepted and reviewed.
It's now waiting final push to xorg/xserver

The patch landed upstream, so closing this.
