There exist one or two latent references to mfb in the afb and mi cores; they
should be removed.

for reference, since i forget what this bug was about every so often:

afb has massive amounts of mfb infection.  just delete the #include "mfb.h" and
watch the fireworks.

mi, on the other hand, just needs mipushpxl.c touched up to not use mfb types.

mi no longer includes mfb types.  Just need to do something with afb now.
