Description Yannick Henault 2005-08-31 09:08:56 UTC
I've included a patch to support format like a2r10g10b10 in fb. This allow
software render compositing to support that kind of pixel format.

It is used by matrox parhelia video card.

this needs some slight work to cope with the changes in fb since 6.8.2.
Comment 3 Adam Jackson 2005-11-30 15:54:24 UTC
this counts as a feature at this stage, moving out to 7.1.
Comment 4 Adam Jackson 2006-04-15 08:29:55 UTC
yannick: ping. do you have an updated version of this patch?
Comment 5 Yannick Henault 2006-04-18 23:50:30 UTC
No, I didn't investigated yet the impact on X version 7.x
Comment 6 Adam Jackson 2006-04-25 05:44:51 UTC
At this point in the 7.1 timeframe this would count as a feature. Moving out to
7.2.
Comment 7 Daniel Stone 2006-11-04 09:48:23 UTC
moving off the 7.2 radar. yannick, please update your patch against a recent
server version if you want this integrated.

Sorry about the phenomenal bug spam, guys. Adding xorg-team@ to the QA contact so bugs don't get lost in future.

add 30 bit formats

Would this patch work? This is my first fb patch so, I'm not sure what else (if anything) would need changes.

This was fixed in pixman about a year ago.
