file with chart and picture of the expected import result

Open the attached file. It contains a chart and a picture, which shows, how the chart looks in Excel 2010.
Using LO3.4 the import is not nice. The x-axis has wrong tacks and the grid has wrong color. But in LO3.5"daily" it is worse, the whole y-axis is missing and the chart is too high.
The file has been created with Excel 2010 and from there saved in xls-format.

The y-axis has in Excel an explicit value of 1 for the major interval. On import this values is not set, but is 0. Therefore the y-axis is not drawn.

[Reproducible] with Server installation of Master "LibO-dev 3.5.0 – WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) English UI [(Build ID: a6adae1-4eb4f62-09af278)]". I also can confirm the workaround manually modifying y-axis settings.

Y-Axis was OK with Master Build ID:

Was OK with "LibreOffice 3.4.3 RC2 - WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) German UI [OOO340m1 (Build:302)]" and Master from July, so REGRESSION.

Using the latest master build from this week, I no longer see this behavior. I'll mark this fixed.
