Harfbuzz' configure script should probably include options to disable ICU / Glib ("--disbale-icu", "--disable-glib") so that it can be build without one of these engines even on systems which have both installed.

Yeah, fixing the configure API is one of the remaining items I have to do before 1.0...

The patch is a garden mix of irrelevant changes.  Not useful.

But I'll fix this eventually...
