Trying to open test files from 
39599 - EDITING, FILEOPEN SVG TEXT INKSCAPE
Bug 32248 - FILEOPEN SVG no TEXT visible
only brings up Error message "General Error. General input/output error"

with Master "LibO-dev 3.4.5  – WIN7  Home Premium  (64bit) English UI

confirmed using 32bit Linux build from master

Still a problem with Server installation of Master "LibO-dev 3.5.0 – WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) English UI [(Build ID: a6adae1-4eb4f62-09af278)]".

Worked with 3.4, so REGRESSION

No longer a problem with Server installation of Master "LibO-dev 3.5.0 – WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) ENGLISH UI [(Build ID:  4f11d0a-adcf6d5-c4bb9bd)]" Windows_2008R2 - 111118).
