The KDE Telepathy guys noticed they don't have any straightforward way to find out which IRC Room / XMPP MUC / ... their Tp::Channel corresponds to (see http://bugs.kde.org/265817).

Conveniently, I have a branch fixing this and a number of other slight issues in Channel at the URL.
