Now the caps cache has moved to Wocky, either Gabble or Wocky should delete the file from its old location.

Here's a patch. Minimally tested:

 1. ~/.cache/telepathy/gabble/caps-cache.db existed,
 2. I started gabble,
 3. ~/.cache/telepathy/gabble/caps-cache.db no longer existed.
