Alternatively we could mandate that it should include THT: None, and fix Gabble. But I think this is better. |

The RCC we expect to have for ContactSearch violates a SHOULD elsewhere in the spec, by not having { TargetHandleType: NONE } in its fixed properties. We should at least document that.
